內容：在工作坊參加者將會學習Mundra ，如何運用手部，頭部和雙眼及身體其他部分表達，同時也學習如何在演出之中對世界, 老師和觀眾作出應有的尊重和禮儀。

參加者亦同時會學習kaharba taal – 印度次大陸舞蹈中的聲音和拍子的配合。

Detail：In the workshop participants will learn Mundra. About how to use the hands, head and eyes, and other parts of the body to express themselves, as well as how to show respect and etiquette to the world, the teachers, and the audience during the performance.

Participants will also learn about kaharba taal - the sound and beat coordination of Indian subcontinental dance.

導師Shamima Sawkett 是孟加拉的知名女演員(舞台及電視)，擅長歌舞，又以編作及排演兒童劇著名，曾專誠到港學習融合舞蹈DanceAbility。Shamima五歲時便開始習舞，古典與民間舞蹈到有涉獵。多次在港教授孟加拉舞蹈，甚受歡迎。

Shamima Sawkett is a well-known Bangladeshi actress (stage and TV) who specializes in singing and dancing and is famous for choreographing and children's dramas. Shamima started dancing when she was five years old and has danced in both classical and folk dances. She taught Bengali dance in Hong Kong for many years and was very popular.
