Are you ready to unleash your emotions and creativity through dance?
This improvisational movement workshop will immerse you in a world of possibilities, where you can effectively express yourself through movement, enhance self-awareness, and foster the integration of body, mind, and spirit, achieving a harmonious state
Participants will have the chance to craft their own stories while building meaningful connections within the community. Our instructors will share their successful experiences from community activities, allowing you to experience firsthand how the power of dance can connect people from all walks of life

Eligibility: People interested in inclusive dance are welcome,, no dance experience required
