是次工作坊圍繞如何用讓身體的有一個全新的體驗與認知，並在導師的引導下，創造屬於自己的舞蹈內容。工作坊將包括當代舞的簡單介紹，幫助您了解這種充滿活力的舞蹈形式。我們將從日常生活中的動作出發，建立舞蹈的基礎。在音樂的引導下，您將學會如何讓情緒驅動身體，自由地舞動。

毛維以全額獎學金修讀及畢業於香港演藝學院。曾經兩獲全額獎學金赴維也納參加歐洲最大的藝術節之一的「ImplusTanz」。畢業後經常受邀前往歐洲、英美、日韓與多國藝術家交流，進行駐地或聯合創作。

【Workshop Promotion: Workshop Contemporary Dance 】

This workshop focuses on providing a brand new experience and understanding of your body, allowing you to create your own dance content under the guidance of an instructor. The session will begin with a brief introduction to contemporary dance, helping you understand this vibrant dance form. We will build a foundation for dance starting from movements in daily life. Guided by music, you will learn how to let emotions drive your body and move freely.

Instructor: Mao Wei

Mao Wei graduated with a full scholarship from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and has participated in one of Europe’s largest arts festivals, “ImplusTanz,” receiving full scholarships twice. After graduation, Mao Wei has been frequently invited to collaborate with artists across Europe, the UK, the US, Japan, and Korea, engaging in residency or collaborative projects.
